Laboao 100L Heater Chiller For Heating and Chilling Circulation of Glass Reactor
Product Description
This product has both cooling and heating functions. It consists of refrigeration unit, heating unit, circulation system and control system.
The refrigeration part is mechanically refrigerated by a fully enclosed compressor, composed of a plate heat exchanger, an expansion valve, a pressure protector, etc. to meet the cooling requirements; the heating part uses an electric heating tube to heat the circulating liquid. And through the built-in circulating pump and external circulating pipeline, the refrigerant or heating medium is transported to the interlayer of the supporting equipment, and the material in the reactor is indirectly cooled and heated.
During external circulation, the upper outlet pipeline of the product is connected to the lower inlet pipeline of the kettle body, and the circulating liquid returns to the lower return port of the product from the upper circulation port through the pipeline to form a complete circulation space.
