The high-throughput tissue grinder is a common tool for laboratory sample preparation. It pulverizes, mixes, homogenizes, and breaks the sample by twisting and oscillating inside the sample tube through tungsten carbide pellets or stainless steel beads.

 It can be used for rapid pulverization and homogenization of samples such as hard, soft and elastic. principle:

A small steel ball (or zirconia ball) is added to the grinding tank or centrifuge tube containing the sample, and the grinding tank or adapter vibrates vertically. Under the action of high-frequency vibration, the small ball hits the sample at high speed to complete the grinding of the sample.

Grinding with a grinding ball, the grinding of the sample is more uniform and sufficient than the traditional grinding method.

 Precautions:
