Metallographic Inverted Microscope Has a Pulse Time Function

Metallographic inverted microscope has a pulse time function

1. Description

Definition 1: Microscope with stage on top of objective lens. Applied disciplines: mechanical engineering (first-level discipline); optical instruments (second-level discipline); microscope-microscope name (third-level discipline)

Definition 2: An optical microscope in which the objective lens is placed below the stage. Suitable for microscopic observation and micromanipulation of cultured cells. Applied disciplines: cell biology (first-level discipline); cell biology technology (second-level discipline)

2.Feature

(1) Mirror holder: It is the base of the microscope to support the entire mirror body.

(2) Mirror post: It is the upright part above the mirror base, which is used to connect the mirror base and the mirror arm.

(3) Mirror arm: one end is connected to the mirror column and one end is connected to the lens barrel.

(4) Lens barrel: It is connected to the front and upper of the lens arm. The upper end of the barrel is equipped with eyepieces, and the lower end is equipped with objective lens converter.

(5) Objective lens converter (rotator): It is connected to the lower part of the prism housing and can be rotated freely. There are 3-4 round holes on the disk. It is the part for installing the objective lens. Turning the converter can change the objective lens of different multiples. Observation can be made only when the sound of bumps hits. At this time, the optical axis of the objective lens is exactly aligned with the center of the light hole, and the optical path is connected.

(6) Mirror stage (stage): there are square and round shapes under the lens barrel, which are used to place glass specimens, and there is a light hole in the center. The microscope specimen used in our microscope is equipped with a glass specimen advancer ( Slider), there is a spring clip on the left side of the pusher to hold the slide specimen, and there is a pusher adjustment wheel under the stage, which can make the slide specimen move left and right and back and forth.

(7) Adjuster: It is two kinds of screws, which are mounted on the mirror column. When adjusting, the mirror table moves up and down.

Coarse adjuster (coarse spiral): A large helix is called a coarse adjuster, which can make the stage move up and down quickly and greatly when moving, so it can quickly adjust the distance between the objective lens and the specimen so that the object image appears in the field of vision, usually in the field of vision. When using a low power lens, first use the coarse adjuster to quickly find Fine adjuster (fine helix): The small helix is called a fine adjuster, which can slowly raise and lower the stage when moving. It is mostly used when using a high-power lens to get a clearer image and observe different levels and depths of the specimen. Structure.
