Application fields

1. Equipped with the best silicon drift detector (SDD), the instrument, with the resolution of 139±5ev, compared to the common Si-PIN detector resolution of 160±5eV, can better test the content of iridium and gold in platinum.
2. Equipped with 25m*25m beryllium window detector, it greatly enhances the sample's receiving ability of X-ray fluorescence. With digital multi-channel analysis technology, it improves the analytical speed and integral processing ability. Its counting rate accounts to 80,000, increasing by 5 to 10 times as compared to common Si-PIN 6m*6m detector and its precision improves by 2 to 4 times.
