LDY89-II Electric Glass Homogenizer Is Used In Medical Agriculture And Other Industries
On the principle of grinding mechanism, the system is designed to homogenize the animal and plant tissue in a soft manner,so as to get the cytoplasm and mitochondria for experiment. This machine is applicable to biology, pharmacy, agriculture and other areas. It has the characteristics of a low speed, large torque, no noise etc.
Feature:
1.According to the sample amount, select the corresponding homogenate bottle and homogenate tweezers, loosen the connection thread of the lower end of the motor sleeve (not all unscrewed), insert the homogenate tweezers and tighten (if the insertion is tight, you can insert the edge Screw up the hand).
2. Clamp the bottle on the test tube holder. For the center, hold the handle up and down and try it until it is completely straight. Then clamp the bottle and put an ice bath outside the bottle.
3.Turn on the power switch, adjust the speed to the minimum, hold the control handle with your right hand, move to the position of the bottle after adjusting the speed control knob to the desired speed. That is, the homogenization starts, the control handle moves down to the bottom of the bottle (not too hard), then moves up to the position where the bottle is mated, and reciprocates until the tissue is homogenized into a water or paste.

High speed homogenizer - cleaning method:
1. For easy-to-clean materials, add appropriate amount of cleaning agent to the container, let the dispersing head run at medium speed for 1-5 minutes, then rinse with water, dry with a soft cloth.
2. For materials that are difficult to clean, it is recommended to use solvent cleaning, but it is not suitable to soak for a long time with a corrosive solvent.
3. For high-demand cleaning, remove the rotor and shaft with a disassembly tool.
